At Greenwood Design & Build Ltd, our diverse team is led by a group of seasoned professionals, each bringing a wealth of experience to the table.

Rob Salmon, the founder of Greenwood Design & Build Ltd, has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, providing the leadership and expertise that have driven our success.

Ben Owen, who has been with us for approximately 12 years, serves as our Head Site Manager, overseeing the daily operations and ensuring our projects run smoothly.

Ben Bosons joined Greenwood at the age of 16 and has since become a qualified carpenter. He now plays a crucial role as a Site Manager, helping to steer our projects to completion.

In addition to our core team, we have a robust team of over 35 subcontracted tradespeople built up over then last 30 years, allowing us to cover every skill set and trade required in-house.
