At Greenwood Design & Build Ltd, our diverse team is led by a group of seasoned professionals, each bringing a wealth of experience to the table.

Rob Salmon, the founder of Greenwood Design & Build Ltd, has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, providing the leadership and expertise that have driven our success.

Ben Owen, who has been with us for approximately 12 years, serves as a Site Manager, overseeing the daily operations and ensuring our projects run smoothly.

Martin long joined Greenwood this year after being friends with Rob for over 30 years,  after them  working a long side each other throughout both their careers . He now plays a crucial role as a Site Manager, helping to steer our projects to completion.

In addition to our core team, we have a robust team of over 40 subcontracted tradespeople built up over then last 30 years, allowing us to cover every skill set and trade required in-house.
