We completed this spacious double-storey side extension in The Westlands , transforming the property with additional living space and modernised features. The extension seamlessly blends with the original structure, offering a thoughtfully designed layout and high-quality finishes. Rear single extension 

We expertly constructed a single-storey rear extension in Newcastle, featuring Velux windows in a vaulted ceiling and a striking shaped gable window. Working from an existing design, we brought the plans to life with precision and attention to detail. The extension enhances the property with a bright, open space that seamlessly integrates modern aesthetics and functionality.

Barn conversion and extension.

We transformed a traditional barn in Barlaston, into a stunning modern living space, complete with a bespoke side extension. The project preserved the barn’s rustic charm while introducing contemporary elements, such as open-plan interiors, high-quality finishes, and energy-efficient features. The side extension seamlessly complements the original structure, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetics of the property, creating a unique blend of old and new.

Fitted kitchen. 

This project in Milton  involved transforming a narrow galley-style kitchen into a functional and stylish space. By staggering the base units, we optimized the layout, creating a practical workflow while maintaining an open feel. The finished kitchen blends smart storage solutions with sleek, modern finishes, showcasing our ability to adapt to challenging spaces.

Large Rear sigle extension. 

In woore, we constructed a large single-storey rear extension designed for open-plan living. The space features full-width bi-folding doors, creating a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor areas. Multiple skylight pods flood the interior with natural light, enhancing the bright and airy atmosphere. This project perfectly combines contemporary design with practicality, delivering a stunning transformation for modern family living.

Indian stone patio. 

In Whoore, we installed a beautiful Indian stone patio, combining durability with timeless style. The carefully laid stones create a seamless, elegant outdoor space, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. With meticulous attention to detail and a high-quality finish, this patio enhances the property’s aesthetic and provides a low-maintenance solution for outdoor living.

Timber home office. 

In Newcastle, we built a custom timber home office designed to blend functionality with natural aesthetics. Constructed using high-quality materials, the office offers a warm and inviting workspace with excellent insulation and durability. Large windows provide plenty of natural light, creating a comfortable and productive environment. New Re-roof. 

For this project, we fitted a new roof using high-quality single tiles and a breathable membrane. The breathable membrane ensures optimal ventilation, preventing moisture build-up and enhancing the roof’s longevity. With a 25-year warranty, the new roof offers superior protection and durability, providing peace of mind for years to come.

Bi- folding doors. 

We recently fitted a set of high-quality bi-folding doors, transforming the space with a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The doors were expertly installed to ensure smooth operation, security, and energy efficiency. With their sleek design and durable construction, the bi-folds offer enhanced natural light, improved access, and a modern aesthetic that complements any home.

Structural steels &Knock through.

here's a structural steelwork to create an open-plan living space. Our team carefully removed internal walls, ensuring the structure remained safe and secure, before fitting the steel beams to support the load above. This transformation not only opened up the space but also maintained the integrity of the property, delivering a modern and functional layout.

New Build property. 

In 2019, we successfully delivered a stunning new build project in talk pits. This contemporary home features an open-plan layout, energy-efficient design, and high-quality finishes throughout. With spacious living areas, modern amenities, and thoughtful landscaping, this property showcases our commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Rental property refurbishment.

We undertook a full back-to-brick refurbishment of a rental property in Norton,  transforming it into a modern, high-quality living space. The project involved stripping the property back to its core and rebuilding it with energy-efficient upgrades, contemporary finishes, and durable features ideal for the rental market. This comprehensive renovation demonstrates our ability to breathe new life into older properties while ensuring they meet modern standards.

This project in Stockton Brook  involved converting an unused loft space into a functional and stylish dormer room. Plastering.

For this project, we carried out a full plastering job tight the whole property, ensuring smooth, high-quality finishes throughout. Our team used premium plastering materials for a long-lasting, flawless result. The finished surfaces are both durable and aesthetically pleasing, ready for painting or decorating. With attention to detail and professional craftsmanship, we ensure a perfect finish every time.

Flag Patio. 

We installed a stunning flagged patio, creating a durable and stylish outdoor space. Using high-quality flagstones, the patio was carefully laid to ensure a smooth, level finish and long-lasting performance. Designed for both functionality and aesthetics, this new patio provides a perfect area for relaxing or entertaining, while enhancing the overall look of the garden.

Fitted kitchen. 

Last year, we transformed this kitchen by fitting dark wall units that add a striking contrast to the space. Complementing these are light oak base units, which create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The combination of dark and light finishes not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides a functional layout perfect cooking and entertaining. This design embodies a modern yet timeless style that any homeowner would appreciate.
